Licenses & disclosures
Last updated: [TBD — confirm] 2026
Working draft for layout only — not reviewed by legal counsel. Do not rely on it; final text must be prepared/reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
This page covers two things: the regulatory and money-movement licensing disclosures for how Demogenda handles funds, and the open-source software that powers the product.
A. Regulatory & licensing disclosures
Demogenda moves real money to people who complete missions. Where the law requires a license or a licensed partner to do that, we disclose it here. Our money-movement licensing posture is being finalized with counsel; if funds are handled by a licensed partner, that partner is disclosed below.
| Jurisdiction | License type | License # | Regulator |
|---|---|---|---|
| [JURISDICTION] | [TBD — confirm] | [TBD — confirm] | [TBD — confirm] |

Partner disclosures
- Banking / payments partner — [TBD — confirm]: name the bank or licensed money-services partner that holds or moves funds, and its role.
- NMLS ID — [TBD — confirm]: confirm NMLS registration number, if applicable.
All entries above are placeholders pending confirmation with counsel and are not a claim that any license is currently held.
B. Open-source attributions
Demogenda is built with open-source software, and we are grateful to the communities behind it. The list below is representative, not exhaustive. A full, auto-generated attribution list — with each package’s license text — will be published here.
| Package | License | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Next.js | MIT | Web application framework |
| React | MIT | UI library |
| Tailwind CSS | MIT | Styling |
| Drizzle ORM | Apache-2.0 | Database access |
| lucide-react | ISC | Icons |
| Motion (motion/react) | MIT | Animation |
Each package remains under its own license, and nothing here changes your rights or obligations under those licenses. [TBD — confirm]: publish the complete generated attribution list.
