Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY] (“Demogenda”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Demogenda.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate information and, where required, pass identity verification (KYC) before you can be paid. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may require re-verification at any time to protect you and the platform.

Missions are real-world tasks you can accept and complete for pay. When you submit a mission you agree that:

• Your submission is your own honest, first-hand work — real photos and real data from the actual location and time required.
• You will follow all mission instructions, local laws, and the property rules of any place you visit.
• You grant us a license to use your submissions to deliver the mission to the client and to operate and improve the service.

Prohibited missions/content includes:

• Staged, copied, AI-generated, recycled, or falsified proof.
• Trespassing, harassment, or anything illegal or unsafe.
• Capturing people or private information without a lawful basis or required consent.

We verify submissions before paying. We may reject work that fails verification, breaks the rules, or cannot be confirmed.

Here is how the money works:

• Accrual — you earn the stated reward for a mission once your submission passes verification. Earnings shown before verification are pending, not guaranteed.
• Minimum payout — you can withdraw once your withdrawable balance reaches the minimum payout threshold ([TBD — confirm]: confirm amount).
• Fees — payouts may be subject to processing fees, which we disclose before you withdraw ([TBD — confirm]: confirm fee schedule).
• Failed or disputed missions — if a submission fails verification, is reversed for fraud, or is disputed by the client, the related earnings may be withheld, reversed, or clawed back from your balance.
• Timing — payout timing depends on your payment method and our partners, and may be delayed by verification or legal checks.

We may adjust rewards, thresholds, and fees going forward; changes apply to missions accepted after the change takes effect.

You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Demogenda does not withhold taxes for you. Depending on where you live and how much you earn, we may be required to collect tax information and issue forms such as a U.S. IRS Form 1099 (or your local equivalent), and to report your earnings to tax authorities. You agree not to:

• Submit fake, staged, duplicated, or manipulated proof, or use bots or automation to game missions.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or impersonate anyone.
• Provide false identity, location, or payout information.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to defraud the platform, other users, or clients.

Fraud puts everyone’s payouts at risk. We investigate suspicious activity and may withhold earnings, reverse payouts, and report serious cases to the authorities.

You can stop using Demogenda at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account — and withhold or reverse related earnings — if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Where appropriate and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to appeal. Verified, legitimately earned balances that are unaffected by a violation remain payable subject to these terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that missions will always be available, that submissions will pass, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demogenda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts we paid or owed you in the [TBD — confirm]: confirm period (e.g. prior 12 months). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

We would rather solve problems directly, so please contact us first. Depending on your location, disputes may be resolved through binding individual arbitration and you may waive the right to a jury trial or class action, except where such terms are not permitted by law.
